We require a 30% deposit upon booking with the final balance due for payment 8 weeks before occupation. Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card over the phone or by BACS transfer. A £200 housekeeping deposit is required on payment of the final balance but is fully refundable providing no damage has occurred.
